We had our second doctor's appointment today, and we're delighted to announce that the baby is doing just fine! We heard the cute little heartbeat again! I've gained about 8 lbs so far. I'm not anemic, which is great! That was miserable last summer. I'm also amazingly immune to chicken pox, so Mom...I guess that red dot on my toe really was chicken pox that you were wondering about when I was just a little girl! On April 30th, (Happy Birthday Shantae) we are going in for our ultra sound. I can't wait to find out what this baby is! or babies...haha, yeah right. Baby is about the size of a navel orange! It's getting bigger every single day. I also found out I have A+ blood (probably because I'm a teacher). Okay, I already knew my blood type, because I'm an avid blood donor, or at least was, before I became pregnant.
On Saturday i was shopping with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law when all the sudden I felt a really REALLY sharp pain in my lower abdomen. It hurt sooooo bad and lasted for about 5 seconds. Well, it scared the heck out of me, but my older, wiser sister Marci assured me that it's normal, so I was glad to go to the doctor's and see that everything was fine! It's nice to have others that have gone through this and can offer advice!
Also Cari, you can take the crib, because Marci found me a pack-n-play with a bassenette, so I'll use that. I might also have a crib at Jeremy's grandparents house, the one that he and his sister's used! We still need to dig it out and make sure it's still there!
Well, thanks for reading! We are so excited about the baby! You should see Jeremy's face light up when we hear the heart beat! What an amazing father he's going to be! I'm so lucky...i mean blessed, to have him in my life! And baby is so blessed too!

I love Relief Society!!
Here is what I made at an Enrichment night a few months ago! If you've been to my apartment then you've probably seen the "Family" blocks.
I just finally made the Family Home Evening board last week.

I just finished the Family chore chart today! Notice there's no "L" on the living room, yeah, I have no idea where it's at. i'm going to have to borrow someone's cricuit and get the "L". haha

husbands say the darndest things...
When I have kids I'll tell you all the cute things they say, but until then...a couple of days ago I wanted to go on a walk to the stadium to see what all the noise was that we could hear. (we live right by the high school) Jeremy had just gotten home from work and after driving for an hour, he was pretty tired. He was lying on the floor. He told me that he didn't want to fall asleep, but he had no energy. i said, "let's go on a walk because that will give you energy." In the cutest little kid voice he said to me, "I'm too tired for energy!" I thought it was adorable!

So on Valentine's Day I went with Jeremy's sisters to HOME SCHOOL MUSICAL, while Jeremy took a family from his work through the open house of the Draper temple (he had some pretty cool experiences with them).
Home school musical was pretty cute, it really had NOTHING to do with High School Musical, except for the fact that they were putting on a play. Linoleum Dynamite was my favorite character! Amanda Hugandkiss, and Zac Teflon weren't that bad, slightly corny, but hey...it was a melodrama, what do you expect!! The only thing that really bothered me was that there was a TON of LDS references, like Relief Society, primary, CTR rings, P-day and stuff like that. I guess you would expect that in UTAH!!! haha, but there were a lot of people attending, and I'm sure a handful of them weren't LDS. It just doesn't seem appropriate, maybe for a mutual activity.
Overall, we laughed a lot, and ate some good pizza! I would recommend a night out at Desert Star for anyone! This summer you could see Snooty and the Beast, or American Fork Idol, or even James Blonde!! The laughter never ends!
